It takes more than merely bringing people together to ensure that they function effectively as a team. Teams are groups of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common goal/purpose and hold themselves mutually accountable for its achievement. They develop a distinct identity and work together in a coordinated and mutually supportive way to fulfill their objective.

In forming and managing a team, it is important to consider apart from the team members’ competence and experience; their ability to share information and coordinate their actions. Leadership is critical for teamwork and the team leader is responsible for ensuring that members work together to achieve the decided goal. The leader must be able to inspire the team to “go the extra mile” in achieving the objectives set out at the initiation of the project.

Anandamide Self Redevelopment Advisors Pvt. Ltd. having given due credence to the above factors is privileged to have formed and be associated with a team with vast professional experience and competence. The team consists of:

1. The Founder : Mr. BHARAT RAO
Anandamide Self Redevelopment Advisors is founded by Bharat Rao with a vision to become one of the leading Real Estate Development Advisory Firm serving the housing, commercial and utility building needs of its clients throughout Mumbai including the Western and Central Suburbs. 

After becoming a Chartered Accountant, Bharat Rao worked in the financial services industry with experience in working with a stock exchange, practicing as a Chartered Accountant, creating a dedicated team of financial advisors for Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund where he specialized in training & managing a team of financial advisors.

After several years in the financial services industry, he ventured into real estate development in Virar, an extended suburb of Mumbai and subsequently has done projects at Virar, Palghar and Kandivali. A First-Generation Real Estate Developer, since more than 15 years, has developed residential and industrial projects in and around Mumbai.

He has risen from modest backgrounds and hence is very aware and can identify the pain points that a society member goes through when handing over the existing abode for demolition with an expectation of possessing a newer, bigger and better home with modern amenities.

In addition to successfully handling the business, he also volunteered to be a part of the 3 member Managing Committee since inception of Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, Borivali. The School was started to impart stress free and value education to children. Was a key member and particularly instrumental in acquiring the school plot, construction of the building and handling finances of the school. The entire work was honorary in nature and done to fulfill his passion for making a difference in the society by imparting the Art of Living knowledge to children from school level itself.

2. Architect : M/s. S. B. Associates
Mr. Suhas Borole, proprietor of M/s. S. B. Associates, has been a practicing architect for over 33 years with an emphasis on planning, preparing feasibility reports and getting approvals for projects. The firm is also empanelled with MHADA as an Architect. It has a thorough and in depth understanding of the rules and regulations of MCGM, MHADA etc. that are to be adhered for construction of new building/s in Mumbai. It has the unique attribute of having builders/developers and also housing societies as its clients. This strengthens the understanding of the mindset of both the developer as well as housing societies.
In fact, S. B. Associates is also a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for redevelopment of more than 50 housing societies. Mr. Suhas Borole has been actively involved in guiding and educating these societies and its members on the options that are available to them along with the pros and cons of the recommended options.

3. Structural and MEP Consultant : NEXUS PROJECT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
Mr. Kailash Anwala is the Managing Director of the company and brings in rich experience of a Structural & MEP Consultant and has been practicing since more than 16 years on wide variety of projects like Residential Layouts, Commercial Premises, Software Parks, Recreational Centres, and Industrial Buildings. The company is committed to quality and client satisfaction and has delivered projects on time and within budget and gained a reputation for excellence in all fields of construction related services.
Nexus Project Solutions Pvt. Ltd. believes in fully understanding of the clients’ need and provides client centric solutions which can be in their reach, budget and schedule. It has worked with wide range of clients; be it multinational firms to individual owners especially in the Western Suburbs from Dahisar to Bandra. They specialize in defining the parameters for tendering of Civil Works, detailed Quantity Survey and in depth analysis of the Tenders to facilitate short-listing of contractors by clients. Supervision of the site at regular intervals and strict adherence of the technical aspects of the project execution is taken care of by them.

The Architectural Design practice was established by Mr. Kaushik Patel in the year 2000. The firm has a vast experience of around 18 years and a professional approach vouched by the completion of diverse range of residential, commercial and utility building projects that include urban planning, architecture and interior design. It possesses a contemporary design sensibility, coupled with an emphasis on excellence in design and successful execution with fresh and innovative solutions. The design process consists of finalizing the brief for the project to working out the last details.

5. Legal Advisor : RMG Law Associates
RMG LAW ASSOCIATES is a Law firm comprising of partners Mr. Hemang S. Raythattha and Mr. Sunil C. Gangan. The partners of RMG were earlier working as Senior Associates in a reputed law firm. These partners have decided to combine their talent, expertise and experience to offer their legal services in the following areas of legal practice: –
